03 - Place white chocolate chips and coconut oil or vegetable shortening (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between bursts, until melted and smooth.
04 - Pour melted white chocolate over the combined snack mixture. Using a spatula, gently and thoroughly fold until every component is evenly coated.
05 - Transfer the coated mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even, single layer.
06 - Allow the mix to cool at room temperature for approximately 20 minutes or until fully set. Once solidified, break into chunks, then store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
